About the Role
Sharp Digital is looking for a versatile Technical Generalist to join our team in Jamshedpur. We need a “doer” who is comfortable switching between coding, content management, and digital operations using modern AI tools to work smarter and faster.
What You Will Do
Code & Automate
Assist with website updates, scripts, and features using basic coding (HTML/CSS, JS, Python) and AI coding assistants.
AI-Powered Work
Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to generate code, draft content, and solve technical problems efficiently.
SEO Operations
Manage on-page SEO, including meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking, and image compression for client sites.
Media Editing
Edit basic videos (Reels/Shorts) and design simple graphics (thumbnails, banners) using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Photoshop.
System & Content Management
Publish updates to websites and ensure digital assets are organized and optimized.

Technically Versatile
You have a foundation in coding but aren't limited to it—you are happy to handle SEO and content tasks.
AI Native
You know how to prompt AI effectively to get high-quality results for both code and text.
Creative & Detail Oriented
You have a basic “design eye” for video cuts and image layouts.

You are a fast learner willing to adapt to new tools and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
